Terms & Conditions
Recolor.io Referral Program – General Terms & Conditions 1. Eligibility The referral program is open to individuals and businesses who have signed up and been approved by Recolor.io (a service of Bluevoria B.V.) as a referrer. 2. Commission Structure Approved referrers will earn a 10% commission on the net subscription payments (excluding VAT and transaction fees). 3. Valid Referrals A referral is valid only when: • The referred client registers through your unique referral link or code. • The referred client is a new customer (not previously registered or engaged with Recolor.io). • The referred client completes at least one paid subscription. 4. Payouts Commission payouts will be made monthly, within 30 days after the end of each month, via PayPal. A minimum of €5 in earned commission is required for payout. Unpaid amounts will roll over to the next cycle. 5. Tracking & Attribution Recolor.io uses cookies and internal tracking systems to attribute referrals. The standard attribution window is 90 days from the first click. 6. Restrictions Referrers may not: • Misrepresent Recolor.io or make false claims. • Use spam, misleading advertising, or incentivized clicks. • Refer themselves or entities they own or control (self-referrals are not allowed). 7. Termination Recolor.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate any referrer’s participation in the program in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. 8. Changes Bluevoria B.V. reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program and its terms at any time without prior notice. Existing earned commissions will still be honored. 9. Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
